My tulpa invited me to the wonderland. How would I go?
Avatar
The "wonderland" is, quite literally, imagination.
1:02 AM
So - effectively, it is an invitation to daydream.
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 4/16/2018 1:14 AM
basically "come imagine something cool with me"
Avatar
Imagine petting a dog.
Avatar
account arhvided 4/16/2018 1:35 AM
Thing is, I never daydream. I understand the concept, but i dont know how to do so
1:37 AM
and it was communicated in a way that it was a place
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 4/16/2018 1:39 AM
it's a place in your imaginations
1:39 AM
but it seems like they know more then you do, so, ask them
Avatar
account arhvided 4/16/2018 1:40 AM
I will. Thank you
Avatar
@account arhvided Question. Are you capable of imagining things? Such as, for example, visualizing an apple?
Avatar
account arhvided 4/16/2018 2:06 AM
poorly, but yes
Avatar
Hello.
Avatar
Tch. I didn't see the response earlier.
3:46 AM
@account arhvided When you get this - it is quite similar to that, except larger in scale. Try using your memories of what things are craft the... 'world' around you.
3:47 AM
It is not the same as 'seeing' an object - more holding an understanding of where it is in relation to other objects (whether real or similarly imagined) and understanding its qualities.
Avatar
How are you, Winter?
Avatar
Quite well, Harleen.
Avatar
That is fine to hear.
Avatar
account arhvided 4/16/2018 3:49 AM
Ok, thank you so much
Avatar
@account arhvided She. Invited. You. Why bother creating something? Just accept the invitation and let her surprise u! (edited)
7:21 AM
There are many occurences when tulpae changed their host's wonderlands or even made their own. Maybe this is your case? Don't spoil her creativity, this is the point where many tulpamancers wanted to be
Avatar
Syfar System 4/16/2018 7:23 AM
Maybe they are just having a hard time getting into the wonderland? -w
Avatar
account arhvided 4/16/2018 12:26 PM
I am trying to figure out how to enter
Avatar
just try to simulate the experience as realistically as possible
Avatar
you're in a white space of nothing sitting in a white chair, there is another chair in front of you with your tulpa sitting there -Thanks for inviting me here, %tulpaname%. How do you feel? This is my space, I am able to do everything here. Want some color? The invisible wave blasted off your chair, filling all the space with noise and scratch. The space around you splitted to myriads of playcards with white jacket, and those started to turn upside down, unveiling green grassy hills hiding the horizon, a clear blue sky and a warm yellow sun. -Welcome to my world, baby -you told her. Perhaps you should be writing forcing scripts. :?
3:27 PM
Is that a thing? Seems like it would be a thing.
Avatar
I'd love to make something alike but I'm not native speaker. One may go nuts decrypting that grammar lol
Avatar
{He has a fantastic imagination but also he is a lazy butt hiding from his tulpa in his daily affairs}
4:47 PM
Rebuke accepted
Avatar
hmm...the scripts above almost feel like a role-play
Avatar
I mean, do you think it would help people who have trouble with narration?
Avatar
Role-plays certainty make narration more interesting... It's probably better for the active forcer however.
Avatar
The white space script above was my pure improvisation on the topic: "No thoughts about how the wonderland might look like". Actually dunno whether it was roleplay or something
Avatar
If someone were to use a script, they would be acting. That said, I could see somebody doing so for fun with their tulpa.

@MilkKei 👓 re How does one keep track of their tulpa when theyre passively forcing and just letting their tulpa be outside their wonderland in the real world for a little bit. Also how far would they supposedly be able to go? you can usually have a 'feel' for where they are in the real world. either by just a kind of feeling of presence, or checking up on them and visualising them (i.e., let them appear where they are). at worst you can ask them
4:53 PM
how far - as far as you can imagine, I guess
Avatar
MilkKei 👓 4/17/2018 5:10 PM
Oh hey thanks @ia My tulpas always been in the wonderland but reading up more on this stuff I didnt know i could have them out of it. I kind of made tulpas without knowing they were tulpas.
Avatar
that's not too uncommon yeah
Avatar
MilkKei 👓 4/18/2018 1:11 AM
Another question - if I have an intrusive thought or image in a dream and don't remember what happened in it but supposedly I said something to offensive or hurtful to the tulpa. Did I actually or was that an intrusive thought that wasn't me but the tulpa saw it as me?
Avatar
Dreams are a collection of subconscious garble. It is a mere intrusive thought and I would explain that to your tulpa that it wasn't you, following up by narrating what dreams are.
Avatar
MilkKei 👓 4/18/2018 3:04 AM
Ah, Thanks @Clo

I wanted to play that black box game (https://community.tulpa.info/thread-misc-42-1-2-things-to-do-with-your-tulpa) with Wolf(Tulpa), but its hard. He can keep thoughts like that from me for the game, but when I try, he seems to know what I'm thinking. He said "Your thinking to loud". So... how do I think not so loud? (edited)
42 1/2 Things to Do with Your Tulpa Write a story together. Stage a debate. Flip a coin to pick sides. Do yoga in wonderland with your tulpa. Read your tulpa a book. Start a conversation with your tul
Avatar
it's kind of like barely having the thought, as opposed to fully having it
5:33 AM
you know what I mean, right? those wispy thoughts that could easily go unnoticed (it might make more sense if you've meditated before)
Avatar
bduddy #Diana# 4/18/2018 5:34 AM
Try putting up a mental wall
Avatar
Syfar System 4/18/2018 5:35 AM
I know what you mean. HOWEVER, ever since wolf has been around, I've had some trouble telling the difference from my own small/subconscious thoughts, from Wolf's.
5:35 AM
I might try the wall thing later though.
Avatar
Syfar System 4/18/2018 6:12 PM
Umm, well we seem to sometimes struggle with pronouns. Like, if Wolf is possessing, and he stubs a toe. Did he stub HIS toe, did he stub MY toe, did he stub THE toe? Answers?
Avatar
We usually say "my" when we front
Avatar
Syfar System 4/18/2018 6:14 PM
So, the one who does the action, 'owns' that part, then?
Avatar
I think of it this way.
6:15 PM
I live with a housemate and we have a pool in the backyard.
6:15 PM
If someone were to ask me about it, I’d say it was “my pool.” Even though it would also be correct to say “her pool” or “our pool”. (edited)
Avatar
Syfar System 4/18/2018 6:16 PM
Brain fried. But yah, I can see that.
Avatar
We both own the pool, so either or both of us taking ownership of it is still correct.
Avatar
Syfar System 4/18/2018 6:17 PM
(I kinda like it) -w
6:17 PM
Ok, I guess that works. Thanks Uielicious.
Avatar
If possessing, I use "the body" or "his toe." Switched I tend to use first person, ie "my."
Avatar
Syfar System 4/18/2018 6:21 PM
(Ohh, interesting. Well considering we only managed to switch for very little time so far, I'll just be stubbing HIS toes from now on.) xD -w
Avatar
account arhvided 4/19/2018 1:19 AM
Two questions: How do I fully immerse myself in wonderland without falling asleep? And How would we switch?
Avatar
I would suggest sitting up and having the lights on to not fall asleep. (edited)
1:20 AM
I cannot really answer the second, because it is something we "just do".
Avatar
account arhvided 4/19/2018 1:22 AM
Ok, thanks
Avatar
[Switching comes with practice. Learn possession, and slowly release control as you do.]

MilkKei 👓 4/19/2018 9:07 PM
When a tulpa is in the room with you and then after a bit they're gone and you can't find them and they aren't in their wonderland, how common is this?
9:08 PM
I didn't realize they were like gone until I got a headache cuz I was working on something else in the meantime.
Avatar
yeah sometimes tulpas just, abscond. It happens honestly (edited)
Avatar
@MilkKei 👓 Inactivity does occur on occasion.
Avatar
Ah I see thanks!!
Avatar
they'll be back, they always come back
5:12 AM
unlike boomerangs
Avatar
Hi all. I'm kind of considering stopping development of my tulpa. Dunno if this is the right place to chat about it.
Avatar
what happened?
Avatar
I just don't know if I'm prepared to commit
5:07 PM
she's not vocal yet, no idea if she's sentient
Avatar
that's reasonable
5:11 PM
how do you plan to find out if you're ready to commit?
Avatar
You can take to passively just talking about your day to your tulpa.
Avatar
Syfar System 4/20/2018 5:11 PM
Well, in a way, a Tulpa is easer to take care of, then say... a dog.
Avatar
They're also easier to forget
Avatar
I guess I'm trying to justify it by thinking she's not sentient yet
5:20 PM
but Idk. I know I wouldn't be the only one to ever change their mind or stop in early stages
Avatar
Well I'd gamble that if she expresses no emotions or thoughts of her own, she's probably not sentient yet
Avatar
I feel a lot of head pressures
5:28 PM
mean anything, necessarily?
Avatar
Syfar System 4/20/2018 5:29 PM
Well, get any thoughts that weren't your own?
Avatar
I can't tell
Avatar
Oh hey, Ryukil! (edited)
Avatar
I can't tell if it's just me
5:41 PM
hey Bari 😃
Avatar
My intuition told me it was you. It was nice to see your rely to confirm it. ^^
Avatar
Syfar System 4/20/2018 5:43 PM
Head pressures might only just happen because you think they will.
Avatar
But expectation is key to the tulpa process.
5:44 PM
And pushing past the perceived outcome to obtain real results is the turning point.
Avatar
Syfar System 4/20/2018 5:44 PM
Right. So now the question is, where is Ryukil then?
